What you’ll be doing
- 📞 Answering calls & booking jobs into our digital diary
- 🛠️ Ordering parts the mechanics need (we’ll teach you the lingo)
- 🧾 Raising invoices & taking payments – card machine know-how helps
- ☕ Looking after customers in the waiting room (top-up the tea, crack a joke, repeat)
- 🗂️ Keeping the desk tidy, the paperwork filed and the team in the loop
